It’s a shame that our MANY fine judges and attorneys are tainted by the few dirty ones that call evil good and good, evil.  Our excellent U.S. Constitutional provisions provide We The People with the tools to resolve the travesties that reflect negatively on not just good judges and attorneys but harm our entire society.  Honest judges and attorneys, we are on your side!

When sworn attorneys and judges misbehave, all too often there is a sham public ‘investigation’ of some sort, maybe even a very public show trial--but the fix is in.  Too many corrupt or incompetent attorneys have licenses to practice law--that the public doesn’t have any way to cancel.  Too many dirty judges sit on benches.  Relying on Bar Associations to discipline their own was probably reasonable in an older era, when conscience and character training was common.  But now, all too often, wolves in sheep’s clothing guard the henhouse.  Criminals are arrested, are brought before other criminals sitting on the bench, represented by other criminals.  A scolding or suspended sentence or trivial fine or minor term in jail is given--and it’s on to the next sham, much of it at public expense and perversely rewarding the miscreants or vexatious ‘pro-bono’ third-party litigants.  By following the money it becomes obvious why there are endless torts but no tort reform.  We want peace on our streets.  WE DEMAND JUSTICE FOR ALL. We can turn back this tide!  We must begin at the local level and take back an inch of ground at a time.

It’s time WE THE PEOPLE Public used our Constitutional legal and financial powers and moral authority to wrest from the bar associations the final disciplinary authority.

While varying statutes will require drafting for each jurisdiction the correct Complaint, Proposition, Petition, Referendum, Initiative or other measures including amending some State Constitutions to permit such measures, the basic procedures are straightforward and achievable. 

We cannot rely on any one source for the information we need.  As in days of old, it is again time for the people to become informed investigators and whistle-blowers.  We must serve as part of the media for under-reported corruption among officials regardless of party affiliation or friendship.  Crime has consequences and the neighbors and workmates of those who ruin lives and award wrongful damages must be constantly exposed to the communities their families live and work in.

And the good news is that ‘selling’ this to a crime-weary public will be easy because everyone knows our streets are not safe.  People are outraged at the arrogance of judicial despots and are eager for change.

First, let us be thankful that there are many good judges and attorneys. They’re not all bad apples.

The tentacles of corrupt lawyers and attorneys reach far and affect many.  But they are not immune to justice.  We The People can remove them from office...remove their licenses to BE in office...change the SIZE of their office’s jurisdiction--and by ballot and other measures void or minimize the impact of their evil edicts

A good place to start is with the American Bar Association and its Death Penalty Moratorium assault against the Will of the People and moral law.  Surely ANY supposed societal benefits this organization provides are vastly OUTWEIGHED by the sinister implications and impact of this one “project.”  Those who are currently ABA members should renounce and resign membership publicly.  We will provide resources soon.
