While many legislators are also lawyers, most actual bad ‘law’ we have comes from the benches of arrogant activist judges, not legislatures.

The important premise of judges being untouchable to ensure justice sometimes creates a different problem--it has kept some on the bench with pay even after proving themselves unworthy of the office.

This isn’t news to anyone.  But what is new is a plan for every state and municipality to take the discipline of attorneys (including judges) out of the hands of the attorneys and put it into the hands of The People.

There is no doubt this idea will be heavily criticized--because IT WILL WORK.

As our brave Air Force pilots know, when you’re getting flak, you know you’re right over the target.

There is no doubt that such a project would be messy.

There is no doubt that such a project is NECESSARY.

And I’m confident that not everybody who says they want change will stand with us.  Some have hidden interests at stake.

Others just ‘won’t get it’ or think the risks too high that any alternative to what we have would be worse.  But..WHAT COULD BE WORSE than giving the foxes the only keys to the henhouse?  That’s what we have now.

Others will recognize this as a genuine threat to their corrupt networks and evil agendas and they will crawl out from under rocks and hiss.   Behold, you with forked tongues:

IF you are among the unjust, God Himself says you are the damned and the public is damned tired of you.  This isn’t a declaration of war--YOU have declared war that in your heart.  This is a declaration of defense.  America is not perfect, nor are any of us--but God is certainly not on your side, you immoral Philistine!
