Bad law is heavily influenced by lobbyists and NGOs (non-government organizations).  Not all are bad--and even the bad ones do some apparent good.  But some are a virtual Axis of Evil, working out of public view, WITH public money, with no accountability.

Some use terms like ‘stakeholders’ and ‘community organizing’ as false premises for their agendas.  Some use deceptive strategies like captology and triangulation and brainwashing.

Some, known as “Third Way” advocates--claim to want to combine the openness and wealth creation of capitalism with the redistribution and safety nets of socialism.  What they actually do is create fascist webs of legal traps to tie down Gulliver and destroy Liberty.  While our home planet is not to be abused, among the worst of these posers are some shade of “Green” -- environmentalists.

NGOs in general have been mostly unaccountable to anyone--but they can and MUST be made accountable.
